1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sleekr platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Sleekr provides a challenge-based social platform where users engage in curated activities—ranging from dinner dates to outdoor skating—backed by accountability staking to ensure genuine presence and participation.

2. Challenge Completion & Coins

Sleekr interactions are built on verified activity completion.

Users must lock a "Commitment Stake" (coins) to accept a specific activity challenge (e.g., a dinner date or night out skating).
All activities take place at specific map pin locations in crowded, open public spaces for maximum security.
Upon meeting and completing the activity, users must perform a QR code scan at the designated venue.
Successful verification through the QR scan triggers the immediate release of the staked coins to the second party to mark the challenge as complete.
Failing to appear at the map pin or scan the code results in a forfeiture of the stake per the challenge rules.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sleekr. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or harm another person during a challenge.
Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal financial activities.
Create multiple accounts to bypass challenge penalties.
Attempt to "game" the proof-of-presence system through GPS spoofing or fake QR generation.

5. Limitation of Liability

SLEEKR PROTOCOL LLC provides the platform "as is." While we enforce outdoor, public-only map pins for security, we are not responsible for the personal conduct of users during challenges. Users assume all risks associated with physical meetings. Financial stakes are released automatically via the QR protocol upon mutual verification.
