1. Data Collection

To provide an accountable social experience, Sleekr collects minimal but essential data: identity verification details, contact information, and transaction metadata related to your activity stakes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

2. Challenge & Presence Safety

How we handle your movement during challenges:

Public Map Pins: For your security, all activities (dates, skating, etc.) are strictly outdoor-based at map pins located in crowded, open public places.
Ephemeral Location: Your GPS data is only accessed during the "Challenge Window" to verify you have reached the designated map pin.
Verification Only: We do not store a persistent history of your coordinates. Location data is used solely to validate the physical meeting and trigger the QR code scan.
QR Protocol: Coins are only released to the second party once both users successfully scan the QR code at the designated open-air venue.

3. Staking Security

Financial stakes for challenges are handled through encrypted payment gateways. Sleekr Protocol LLC does not store full credit card numbers or bank credentials on our servers. All transactions are governed by PCI-DSS compliance standards.

4. Your Right to Vanish

You maintain full control over your digital footprint. At any time, you may request the full deletion of your account. Upon closure, all biometric hashes and identity metadata are purged from our active databases within 30 days, provided no active challenge disputes are pending.

5. Security Architecture

We employ AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. While no system is impenetrable, Sleekr's architecture is designed to compartmentalize sensitive financial staking data from social profile data, minimizing the impact of any potential breach.
